Nevermind the Hawks on a second of a back-to-back, that was their 3rd game in 4 nights.

Nuge looks tired and is completely ineffective. His passes are being read easily and he looks... I dunno how to say it but beaten? No idea how much his shoulder is bothering him but he certainly is not anywhere close to where he was last season prior to the injury. Eberle is trying, but all by himself with Nuge in a funk and the rotating cast of wingers at the moment. Let's hope Hall comes back at the same pace and drive.

3/4 points without Hall with one of those games being against the best team in the league.

I'll take it.

actually, all three of them are anchors.

Gagner and Hemsky were just watching the play. That's what I'm talking about

Petrys time in Edmonton should be over after that. It's sooo elementary that it's telling.

There's no way I could trust him on the ice again.

1 point against the best team in the league is alright..I thought RNH and Ebby were holding hands a bit to much, both could learn from Sir Gagner..outside of his spinny whammy in the second Gaggy was solid all night, plays simple and uses his head and doesnt worry about forcing pre planned dekey fanny fun moves at o-zone blueline every time he gets together with Valentine at center ice...

1 point against best team in the league...no matter how, I will take THAT...congrats Yak, you sir have a shot.

I don't see a single person upset with the result.

I see a lot of people upset with how we got to that result.

RNH and Eberle have regressed so hard...like I'm happy with one point, but I felt like our top line was the worst out of the four. They showed no jump, no heart...

Better team won tonight, Oilers were pathetic today and there lucky they got a point. Felt bad for Khabibulin on the last goal. Pathetic defense on all 4 players on that one.

that was terrible hockey for the oilers

-everyone looked sluggish

-barely anyone moved their feet on loose pucks

-everyone looked to scared to do anything

-never seen such half hearted passing

it literally looked like the oilers were asleep the entire game.

I don't think I've been more frustrated with this team until this day. Literally no aggression and push back, just overall a pathetic effort.
And this coming from someone who is avatar of positivity with this team, but not today. Even if we got one point, I'm literally embarrassed to be an oiler fan right now.

Not much motivation for a motivational speaker.

Lots of talent, no heart. Gagner standing there watching Hossa swing away at it and Petry skating off to never, never land about sums it up. Top line loves standing around no fight. Hemsky afraid to shoot again. Someone light a fire under these $&@@!!! Kids. They are playing like they don't care. 1 point great, should have been two. Love the talent on this team but this year they look like kids doing their chores, no flair or ugency.

it's a minor miracle this team eeked out a point tonight..they were thoroughly dominated all game long...man vs. boys out there

-wtf was Petry doing? he's been below average all year
-earth to Eberle...you're getting beat physically, can't score and are a liability defensively...Hall is gone, you're supposed to pick it up and you've stunk
-RNH looked lost again
-Yak scores a goal and doesn't see the ice again...and you wonder why we struggle to score goals
-Krueger's man-love of Potter needs to stop..he's an AHLer on any other team

-typical low-scoring Oiler game

How can you be pleased with that game? With the exception of about 4 minutes after Yakupov scored, this team played awful for the final 40 minutes.

11 shots in 40 minutes + OT ELEVEN SHOTS. How many times do we need to see this team be this embarrassing before more people start to call it like it is.

There is no more room for them to be this bad anymore. It's painful and unacceptable.

Petry certainly has regressed this year. Or was he just way to over-hyped as a first-paring d-man? He's got some good skills but he makes 3-4 stupid plays each game.
He has a long way to go.

Definitely stole a point in that one. Would have preferred to steal 2 pts but Chicago was the better team on the night.

One of those road games where you have to be happy with a point when the Oil could have and likely should have come away empty handed.
