Walk it. Take it outside. Play with it. Feed it. For ****s sake, it's like a job.
Cats? They don't give a ****.
True. My neighboor downstair had two cats, and all they have to do is really full their drinking and their eating bowls.
In the summer, they just let them go out (sometimes in the winter too when it's warm) almost everytime, and they can hunt.

One of their cats once caught a bird in flight in our yard while I was grilling some tofu on the barbecue.

Last night I let my dog out and when I looked out he was laying on the hood of my car.
Seems to do this a lot lately, not sure why...

If you just drove it and it's cold outside, he probably likes the heat. That would be my guess at least.

Ikeamonkey has to take care of a child.
Why would I want to take care of a hairy object with similar needs of a child?

it doesn't matter if I was just driving or not. He also climbs up on chairs. Actually heres picture of him on chair.
Not sure what his problem with sitting everywhere is... Just a link so the picture doesn't take go humongous size in the thread.

My dog only does stuff like that if she wants to look out the window. Otherwise, she just lounges wherever. Floor, bed, top of couch, in chair, etc. But she is a smallish dog so that may cause some differences in habits.
