Chris Rock's remake of Death at a Funeral was great, at least I thought so. Everyone else seems to hate it.

Don't be a menace to south central while drinking your juice in the hood. For TV, In Living Color and Bernie Mac Show.

Forrest Gump, American Beauty, and Fargo.

I know what OP meant, and I choose not to involve myself.

humm tough to take this thread seriously. I have lots "black" friends and not sure if they would get the humor of this thread and might even suggest that the listed "black comedies" play up stereotypes and other stuff

I'm not here to discuss right or wrong or racism. The fact is this. There are black comedy movies that are made just to play up the stereotypes and make it funny for very one to watch.

I'm just looking for suggestions, if you can't give it leave the thread and go talk about dancing with the stars or big brother.

I just want suggestions. I don't want this threa to get taken down because a few uneducated people don't understand English and make this thread about racism and stereotypes.

Good choice. It's hilarious.

Also watch The Original Kings of Comedy, especially for Bernie Mac. Classic.
