Here's hoping a better Pittsburgh team turns up than against the Panthers. Hopefully Vokoun isn't play.

Hopefully the islanders win and the Boston vs. Ottawa game is decided in regulation.

It looks like that there is a Gionta playing in the Rangers tonight.

Dive by Staal to draw a penalty but it's quickly negated by a La Rose penalty.

I am a Pens fan but not every time a player falls rather easily it's necessarily a dive. I don't think it warranted a penalty but I also don't think he dove. Sometime you just lose your footing.

this is exactly why its a joke for anyone to call MAF overrated. he faces these chances with far more regularity each game than any other goaltender. sure, a few end up going in and yahoos on here see 3 GA on 28 shots and say "OMG SV % UNDER .900 HE SUCKS"

Ryan Miller faces more shots and scoring chances. He gets labeled the same thing.

maybe it was poor wording to say more than any other goalie, but while the amount of shots usually stays under 30 per game, the quality of chances is higher than most

I got your point, yeah, and I agree. Miller and Fleury are painted the wrong way on these boards.

He's overrated by anyone who thinks he's an elite goaltender.
