Pretty intense sequence. I remember watching that live and loving it. Really bad play by Sundin lead to that goal.

I did the same thing, it's as if the Habs were completely irrelevant and they sound like neanderthals.

The Habs don't need to win this one, they need to ****ing crush the Leafs, that'll shut em up.

eh
i just giggle. Thats what happens when you are so bad for so long.

Once the "tough" act wears off, you are left with a very average team.

But the habs have to prove that they can play against them. They dont match up well against them, especially at home. Kinda like the complex the Rangers have against the habs.

yea, but even if we lose, we should enjoy the false hopes it creates in the leaf fans heads. it's been a treat watching that fanbase rile themselves up every year at some point when they go on a streak, and think "this is the year" (for leafs, it's the POs) only followed by sweet disapointments

Just try to stay away from there as much as possible. Don't need one of our guys going there and posting something stupid and thus causing a sh** storm here.

I think all the mods would love to have an easy job tonight (and take full credit for it)

That play that lead to the goal is one of my favorite of all time.

Sundin with a selfish play, loses the puck, Brian Leetch braindead, forgetting to cover his man and Roenick of all people going in for the goal. After all the Leafs for the cup talk nothing amused me more than seeing their two HOF heroes laying a brick.

One guy that's been pissing me off in the last couple of meetings is Grabovski and I would really love to see someone bash his face!

Let us all remember one historical fact. Proved with the B's & Dallas as well...just as Cole in the past has been a Hab killer...

...RYDER IS A LEAF KILLER

It was a crazy sequence, that is what I'll say.

You can look at it that way, but Sundin did make a stupid play, he should have just dumped it in instead of skating into the 3 defenders. Leetch wasn't "brain dead" He went to cut off the puck and try and keep it in, it bounced over his stick right to Roenick and the rest was history.

Disappointing for sure.

Of the 26 players who played at least one game for the Leafs in their last playoff appearance, 4 are still in the NHL. (Kaberle, Ponikarovsky, Antropov, Stajan)

I really want to face the Leafs in the 1st round (if they make the playoffs), whether it is a 1st vs 8th or 4th vs 5th match-up. Would be sooo great for about everybody, except maybe for the mods

Debatable, we didn't win the last two on fighting alone.

Would be nice , if they allowed us to punch the puck into the net.

But, I am not going to fight on the habs board..... I just wanted to come over and say have a good game fellas.....Here's hoping we can be at each others throats all regular season and into the playoffs too, for years to come. It's good hockey, when both teams are top of their game.

Most important game of the year to date. Lets see what kind of character this team has. Wouldn't mind seeing someone knockout Grabovski.

4-2 Habs.

When they were first established in the 20's, they were green. But idiots changed it.

Nice GDT. My horoscope said that navy blue is in today, as in the navy blue on the habs jerseys.

Sky blue can suck a Gom**

4-1 navy blue
