Wolves at their worst had dollar night for students in the upper deck and $5 in the lower. I think it's higher now but still affordable to be $5-$10.

Twins used to be $5 in the upper deck and dollar dog night at the Metrodome. That was a great promotion when I was in college and if you wanted a drunk section of kids, you had it. Now it's $5 for SRO tickets at Target Field.

UST during the school year has some arrangement with the Wild to get $20 tickets for the students.

There are a limited number of course (somewhere around 20 tickets per game I think), but they seemed to try to get the college students there.

That's just one school too. I'm sure there has to be arrangements with other schools.

LMFAOOO @ Gorg screamin on KFAN.. He was pleading with the Kings to give Minnesota something positive...

They were talking about how the kings, have nice weather, hot girlfriends, can drive to vegas, have beaches... meanwhile in MN...

I think he needed that.

Nice!

I graduated from there a few years ago, and it was a hell of an experience!

I hope you get in; good people, good school.

It is cool that they try to encourage students to be active throughout the state in various ways. The Wild tickets were just one of my more prefered nights off

Living on campus? I'm about a mile away and love the area. FWIW. I went to school at UofM (sucked) and MSU (great) though.

Nah. Ill be commuting. I live 20mins away. (Bloomington) I kind of want to live on campus and love the area as well but man.. Room and Board just adds on way too much to the tab.

Student nights at the dome were great, you could get a ticket and two hot dogs for $6 bucks. Luckily I have still have my college ID and I'm still using it for student nights whenever possible. We'll just see how much longer this picture of me from 5 years ago holds up.

If you have the money you get in, also 99% of the people at that school are awful, my girlfriend just recently graduated from there.

Really glad I'll only have to go back there 1 more time in my life.

I know a couple Tommie grads that are at UMD for grad school and they're pretty cool. But outside them most of the people i know that go to UST are not people I wish to socialize with.

If we make the playoffs I really hope those aren't the fans that show up.
This is typical of the early games (Sunday was a 5pm start) but in general the 7pm games don't get nearly as much of a kids crowd.
