Everybody is afraid of us right now

Once round 2 starts they'll go back to saying how Anderson is the only reason we're there and blablabla

And then if we go the third round they'll all say how scary we are

Rince and repeat

OT- but nothing makes me happier then Tim and Sid back on TV/radio!

They're my 2 favourite tv/radio hosts of all time. Been watching them on theScore every day at 1-4. So happy they're back.

Sid was also giving Bryan Murray HUGE props for the job he's done while completely ripping apart Mike Gillis loved it.

The Playoffs is a ladder...

Many who try to climb it fail. And never get to try again. The Fall breaks them.

and some are given the chance to climb but refuse. They cling to the season.

Only the playoffs are real, the climb is all there is.

Somebody make a GoT Sens video with this!

Absolutely agree with this. Its too bad that I miss most of their show. I like them as much as I like Dan O'Toole and Jay Onrait. So sad that they're leaving tsn

I don't think teams are afraid of Ottawa, it wasn't like we steam rolled over Montreal. They had their opportunities to put pucks in the net but Ottawa was lucky that they hit some posts & Anderson played great. Ottawa had a few games where they looked lethargic & were skating in mud. They were opportunistic & lucky & Montreal had a lot of injuries to key players. Ottawa needs to be much better in this next series & come out with much more energy to beat their next opponent especially if it's Pitt. I think the better team won, but it was iffy at times during the series.

I don't think teams are scared because of our ability to completely dominate opponents on the score sheet, but rather the teams resiliance and composure. Our team stays calm and in control rather then riding the emotional swings up and down. This type of play really means something where mental fortitude can be the key to a deep playoff run.

I think you nailed it, we got alot ALOT of bounces. The second guy needs to support the puck harder and faster.

In all seriousness I see us as being a scary team.

I mean we get outplayed but Andy/Defense bails us out constantly and it's gotta be demoralizing to play us in a game where you're either losing despite outplaying early or you're up 1, 2 goals and we come back in the 3rd and take it away.

The Habs are also the fastest team in the East, that's their game. Plus Andy is a huge part of our team and we expect him to play great, I don't see that changing to much.

Many fans of other teams always say...."you wouldn't have won if Anderson didn't play so well." Last time I checked Anderson is part of our team and he will be next round as well. That's what we expect from him.

Against the majority of our opponents this season we domintated the puck. The fact that we didn't do that this series and still won, is a testimate to how resiliant our team can be.

Are those Miley Cyrus lyrics you are quoting?

Great goaltending can take you far in the playoffs, as a long time Sens fan I can still remember Hasek shutting the door on the Sens in the late 90's

The devils were considered a dark horse team to make the SC finals last year by everyone and we all know what happened there. Sometimes you get lucky and get a string of teams that you match up well against in your run to the finals. The 2010 flyers were the best example of that. The habs took out the two biggest threats in the caps and penguins. I don't think the flyers would have been able to beat the caps/penguins that year with the sieves they had in net.

Maybe it's our year to have a magic underdog run like montreal in 2010, edmonton in 2006, calgary in 2004 where you take out a lot of great teams and turn it into a deep run. I'm not alone in saying this but if we had Anderson in net in 2010 or had better luck vs the rangers we had a legit shot to make the finals those years.

Its funny that the the only way Ottawa came up was because of Roenick. Tim and Sid were hoping against hope it would be MTL failure, TOR playoff berth, or VAN's goalie problems but JR was insistence about Ottawa. Annd as soon as 60 seconds had passed Tim and Sid decided that it was 59 too many and then moved onto the teams they wanted to talk about.

We are only scary if Spezza is back in the lineup and Karlsson improves over the Montreal series. Then I can see us being really scary.
