Probably has something to do with him playing top minutes against other teams best players and still being only -1... RNH will get points again i promise but in the mean time hes playing like a 2 way monster

They should swap Yakupov and Petrell.

Put the three slow old men together.

(Yes, I know Petrell isn't that old )

While the offense hasn't been there the defense has for the most part that counts for something. That and the fact that he's the reason that you're rocking that awesome avatar!

Minni and Dallas..... both bet the Vcash farm teams. Dont like our chances even though on paper this is a team we should beat.

Perhaps we should hire him as our coach.

Dubnyk....I predict 3 soft goals by this kid, and then excuses blaming the defense post interview. He had nothing constructive to say about sitting out for a couple games, and is almost distained towards management for sitting him. After a string of so-so performances, sits bottom 10for GAA, while Khabby sits top 10, being a 42-year old with a bad back. Dubnyk has crap attitude IMO. First back-up goalie I've heard to self-proclaim himself as an NHL starter.
Losing Khabby = no playoffs

The line I would like to see tried for a few shifts: 4 89 64.

Go Oil!

The conundrum: I keep losing my vcash betting on the Oil... but it never feels right betting against them. For better or worse, they're still 'my' team. Perhaps I should only bet on teams I dislike, except that my vcash would somehow feel dirty, as if it were gained by ill-begotten means (like betting on Vancouver).

He's killing me in my hockey pool! Especially since I'm a big fan of his and I picked him with high hopes. Hopefully he turns it around soon offensively.

Good luck for tonight's game fellas. Too bad I can't watch most of the Oilers games because they're almost always blacked out over here...

I don't mind the line combo's presented by the OP for the exception Smyth being on the third line.. I'd rather see Smyth on the fourth line and move Eager up to the third. Smyth is way too slow.

Edit:

I still want to see some significant time at the center position for Hall. He's just perfect to suit that position. Has the size, speed and intellect. He's good on the dot thus far as well.

They should keep Paajarvi with Gagner and Hemsky for another game; Smyth should be scratched.

Good looking GDT.

4-0 Dallas.

Lehtonen with the shutout and Cole with the hattrick.

Because Dallas never fails to kick us square in the testicles.

I don't think I feel like watching Lehtonen and Jagr single handedly destroy us...

I fail to see how it's even possible that we win. I don't think the universe allows it.

I will watch it because I am a hockey masochist...
Well really, all Oiler fans are hockey masochists.

I would love a win though. We would jump the Stars in the standings.

We outplayed them last time and they got a couple lucky bounces. No reason we can't win this game.

Except if the puck bounces off the glass into Dub's back and into the net again.

They clearly found Dubnyk's weakness with that goal.

They're going to exploit it again tonight.

Dear lord....this post hurts my head. Disdain towards management? Crap attitude? When did he proclaim himself an NHL starter, as i'm pretty sure that was management/Krueger. You couldn't be more wrong on this post lol.
