The Wild. Potter better not be in after the crap he didn't do against Chicago. That Stalberg goal was all on him.

Did Pajaarvi run over Kruger's dog or something?

Potter still stinks.
Not physical enough.

The Oilers have too many wingers, this is how it's going to be until they make a trade or lose guys to FA.

Ugh, I hate that Hall and RNH are together. They have no chemistry, Hall hogs the puck and skates in into the opposition defensemen, while RNH has to set up for a shot when he isn't a shooter.

I want to see RNH and Gagner switch positions. BUt it will never happen cause Freddy Kruger has a hard on for the RNH-Ebs duo.

91 and 64 are both a better fit in the top 6 than Jones.

Another option would be to give him a try at 4C.

Why? Jones has proven to get loose pucks and get dirty goals. Neither those guys have proven they can do that.

When you're getting over 4mins PP action a night there should be plenty of opportunity to get off of a slide.

One of the very disappointing things about this club is how often its one or two players a year carrying the club. One year its Penner, Hall, Eberle, Gagner, but what we obviously need is getting everybody going that should be going.
i'll agree with the PP output, it should be higher... the fact that all of hall, eberle and RNH are snake bitten is what is driving this though... if eberle and hall were potting 10% of their shots, RNH would have a lot more assists.... yeah his production is down on the PP, but the reasons are completely acceptable

RNH would have 3 more goals with a normal shooting%, but he likely has 3-6 more assists as well if eberle/hall also had even average shooting%... the chances are there, the points will come

again, RNH is the last guy on this team i'm worried about (him and hall actually).... but then again, my expectations are likely lower than most, as i put a lot of emphasis on just how young RNH is, coupled with the mammoth task being asked of him.... shy of PK work, RNH is being asked to do the same things that crosby, toews and datsyuk are being asked to do

Meh Jones is pretty effective. Him and Paajarvi are essentially in the same role but Jones has done better since he came back. I don't mind it to be honest.

Once the Oilers are healthy I'd like to see MPS playing 20 minutes a night in OKC.

Tambellini has some work to do, they're carrying 8 defenseman and have too many wingers. I'd like to see a 2 for 1 deal.

Can we just beat Dallas for once? Thanks!

RNH needs to step up his game big time. He is the Oiler I will be watching tonight closely. Time to pick up your game kid. We need you. Looking for a big night from the top line with Hall back. Even if it is on line 4, I think Paajarvi should be getting playing time. He has played well when he has been in the lineup.

Need to get some wins going. Go Oilers!

Jagr with 2 goals and an assist

Roy with the other goal

Oilers will see a goal from Yakupov and Hemsky.
Assists to whichever smucks are on the ice and Sam Gagner.

Edit: My inability to work that youtube video killed my joke.
Well, at least you got that right....

Is Gazzola 15 or something?

The guy looks like he's either working for his high school paper, or a Language Arts assignment or something.

Yeah, I don't have a problem with Jones on a scoring line, especially when they're struggling to score 5v5. Don't really want him on the PP, but he's not a bad 3rd option after Smyth and Harti in front of the net, either. And Harti's injured, right? So he could well see some PP time.

It's not like the scoring lines have gone gangbusters with MPS nor Yak, so why not give him a shot.

In an ideal world, I like Smyth-Horc-Jones as a checking line which can provide some decent, timely offense.

But now? What the hell, see if we can get something going.
