Dolphins use their tag on Randy Starks, so Jake Long and Sean Smith could hit UFA (if not re-signed).
I know Takeo has suggested getting a tackle and moving Glenn to the right side (or inside to guard)...though Long would cost a pretty penny. Smith might not be a bad add at CB to play across from Gilmore.
As would I. But I just don't like the idea of letting one of the best in the game go.
Levitre is a bit over-rated imo. He's good don't get me wrong but he isn't elite. Gailey hid the offensive line with quick passes. I expect this to show more this season
I'm all in favor of going after Ellerbe. I'm not entirely sold on Kruger, but that's because it would really depend on what system Pettine decides to run. He's a good edge rusher, but we also have Anderson. Ellerbe shores up the LB corps in a less redundant way.

Completely depends what you need. Ellerbe is a vastly superior in coverage. Plays the run pretty well too. Kruger is more of an Edge Specialist.... Bills really don't need that.
Merriman retired awhile ago. He was a waste in his 2 year tenure.
God no. Not Geno. PLEASE. Trading up from 8th to 7th would be stupid.
Wouldn't necessarily be to seventh. We'd need to jump the Cardinals and probably Raiders. I think we'd need to trade with Kansas City or Jacksonville to ensure we get Smith. With the news Winston was released by the Chiefs just hours ago I feel the Chiefs will just take Joeckel with their pick now.
Oakland is who I fear of getting Smith most. I think Arizona goes OT. If Geno gets past Oakland I think he's ours. Typical Raiders move would be to draft the best QB in a shallow QB class while they have HUGE needs on defense and not giving Pryor a chance.
Draftek (which runs a pretty interesting algorithm to simulate its weekly mocks, btw) has us with Patterson-Okafor-Wilson this week, which would be pretty swell imho. Previously its simmed us Geno-Okafor-Hopkins I believe (in that scenario, Arizona was taking Fisher since he was available).
The Tampa rep there came up with #8 for #13, #73, #140 (intent being to leap San Diego for Lane Johnson). If we accepted that we would have a lot of flexibility, a lot of players we might consider at 8 will likely still be there at 13, and the extra 3rd is in a great spot to draft quite a few players that would be useful to us (Patton, Pugh, Swope, etc) or we could use it in another trade.
I keep expecting to wake up and hear Fitz has re-structured his contract. Just get on that already so we can start thinking about more important things
Bowe resigned, Greg Jennings only wants to play in a warm weather city, Mike Wallace may go to Miami.
Danny Amendola may be the best WR available. Bills should try to sign him and hope Welker leaves New England.
I like Amendola and all signs point to him making it to the market but his injury history worries me. I'd love him on the Bills but he's so fragile. Good player if he's healthy but that's the question.

Avoid at all costs. the Raiders are interested.
Was watching Sportscenter yesterday and McShay was on. He has the Bills taking some OT @ 8 that i've never even heard of.
Great returner, average corner. Good move, we need depth.
Average corner? By what metric? Maaaaaaaybe he's serviceable covering the slot receiver at times but if he's not returning kicks or making special teams tackles I'd rather he not be on the field. Even if he did have a "not terrible" season last year (basically the best praise you could give 2012's performance)
