Heading into OT though , SC took a delay of game , Calgary scored with about 30 seconds left.

OT magic? maybe !

I'm not worried yet.

They'll get him locked up when the Broncos play off run ends. Probably trying to avoid distraction.

Did some math. Lowry was in on 43% of the Broncos goals this year. They are gonna takea huge hit this year.

Broncos score! 2-1 series lead for the Hitmen now.

Colby Cave scores with Lowry storming the net.

edit - and Lowry gets first assist on the winner. 3 point game, 1G 2A.

3rd star of the game for Lowry. Laurikainen 1st star and deservedly so. Clutch, beautiful saves from him.

He started the game on LW with Graham Black at C. They might have juggled the lines but I don't think I saw him at C this game at least.

Either way good for him on having a good game. Lets hope that SC can get some momentum and even the series next game.

That's the kind of guy I want on my team. The guy who will go out on the ice and work harder than everyone else to be the best player on the team, EVEN when he's dizzy between shifts, and puking between periods.

If you're not puking between periods, you're not trying.

Guelph storms back with 3 goals in the 3rd to take the lead, 3-2. Kosmachuk scored the 3rd goal with under 2 minutes remaining.

edit - never mind, given to Fabbri

Aww really?

I saw that on twitter, would have been a nice way for him to get his first of the playoffs.

They gave it back to Kosmachuk now, Fabbri got a 2nd assist. Damn OHL site, stop confusing me!

Sutter and the Blades are one loss away from the Wait of Shame. What an embarrassment As one of the "leaders" on the team I can't imagine it makes him look too good. Guess they can rest for a month and half and then beat up on worn-down Halifax and the other league champs. I boldly said Sutter would get his ELC with the Jets this summer but yeeeahhh guess I will eat some crow.

Kelowna Rockets now down 3-0 in their series after a 3rd straight OT loss. They're the 2nd seed (52-16-3) vs the 7th seed (24-38-7) in the regular season.

Just... damn.

He probably still gets an ELC.

They will likely have to replace Cormier on the next year as he will be waiver eligible and probably won't be shuttled back and forth.

He was a 2nd round pick after all, so I imagine they will try to salvage him.
