However if true I cannot blame him. He likes it in Novosibirsk and gets good money for playing there. He is already 26 and most likely would need at least a year or two to adjust in the NHL. He probably would not have gotten a one-way contract so he would have had to play for a fraction of the money he will get in Sibir.
