If you're that worried about the ratings, wait for the OSFM rosters at the start of April and some of them should be edited down slightly.

Yeah, someone will tone them down to normal sized ratings. But everyone on the Angels is 99

Vernon Wells is seriously an 81?

They realize it's not 2009, right?

81 is pretty poor this year. Jeff Francouer is an 83.

Somehow, on the Jays, Bonifacio is an 87.

So I Redboxed the game, and I think I remember why I didn't play last years game as much...The game starts and there is literally ZERO sound coming out. How does this happen two years in a row? I play other PS3 games and they're fine. Perfect audio. I play 2 different years of the show and as soon as the game loads all sound goes away? What the...?

I've never experienced what you're talking about.

Might be a Redbox issue.

Definitely seeing quicker progress in RTTS. Was called up to AAA after a couple months, and subsequently traded from Kansas City to Tampa Bay, which if speaking only about home fields, is the worst thing ever.

Got drafted by the Cubs (**** me) and I've been dominating AA for little while now I expect to be called up sooner than later to AAA. Wondering if I'll end up in the bigs my first year pro lol

I heard a lot of people saying they were pleased that they got called up much quicker this year than last...but I didn't even bother joking around this year and just trolled AA (easier settings and RTTS points...I've done the minor league portion too frequently to care anymore) and I still didn't get called up to AAA until the begining of August and then the Majors at the end of August.

I had something like 95 home runs in AA and they wouldn't call me up because 'Gaby Sanchez is too hot'.

I even switched my position from my usual 2B to the organizationally weak 1B to try to expedite a move up and it still blocked me.

The bright side is I didn't get traded this time...I got traded to the Twins in every single RTTS I attempted last year.

Just pitched a full game shutout in RTTS. The first of my AA career. Stoked!

My only complaint is getting rid of the business side of franchise mode.

Yeah, call ups are quick. I was called up to AAA after 46...at bats. It is the White Sox though, so I could probably start at second already.

Well, you all were right!! I've only played a few exhibition games thus far; but I'm very impressed.

As a new PS3 owner, I haven't played anything but 2K baseball and Power Pros for the past several years, so this was a very nice upgrade. Hope to check out franchise and road to the show in the next few days. Easily the best game I've played since MVP; and because of the obvious graphic update, I'd say it's even better.

Downloaded a roster file 300 prospects or something like that; it's very good I think.

Now trying to decide if it's worth me keeping my 360 or not. I only play sports games which are all multi-platform. Maybe I could trade my Elite for a Wii U.

Picked it up today, love it so far.

spent most of my time in the Online Home Run Derby, actually managed to win one and get the trophy on a tiebreaker (Other dude's longest HR fell like 5 feet short of my longest, lol)

The Operation Sports roster will be out probably a week after opening day, from what I have gathered.
