I will give my prediction of the score after the game for surprise reasons.

JT sitting out the game because he is making a protest to help out the Islander fans E5

The Islanders are 0-8 when JT doesn't record a point, he better be playing.

anyone else here think that the team is keeping the jt issue a secret so not to discourage walk up ticket buyers?

I will be very surprised if John doesn't play.

If he doesn't, Bailey will have a minimum 3 points.

Isles opponent has several key injuries and played yesterday.

Can they please take advantage of those facts and get a win in regulation?

Is Craig Anderson still injured? He's a scary goaltender to go up against.

Bill Guerin did I believe. And I feel like Schremp did despite wearing 44 elsewhere.

And Claude Lapointe?

As great as JT is and as much as I enjoy seeing him play, it might be interesting to see how the Islanders play without him and who is paired with Moulson and Boyes. I've wanted to see JT's line broken up for a while now, this is a chance to see how that might work. Imo the Islanders best chance to be successful, is if Moulson could play on the 2nd line and be successful and JT could be paired with Bailey or Ulltstrom and they could also be a threat.

Yes! This can only mean good things for the Isles today. In other news, my wife wasn't as impressed with my useless knowledge.

Man, what a game in Detroit. Kane just scored with ~2 minutes left to tie it up and keep their point streak alive.

I only wish I could watch this type of hockey every game with the Islanders.

If he has the flu, they should rest him. In a weakened state, he's more abt to get seriously injured.
