If I was a forward, 42. Wore it in all sports growing up.
If I was a defenseman, 2.

In my playing days, I wore 4, 11, 111, 10, and 5.
I liked 11 the most. I don't know why.
By the way, 111 is not legal anymore at any level, but I wore it because I played up an age group and they just added another 1 to my regular 11 that I wore with my regular team that had the same style of jersey.

One of the funnier numbers I have seen is a guy in a beer league who had .08 (legally intoxicated).

I was gonna use 72 because I was a fat kid and my dad always called me The Fridge. It was taken on my team though, so I picked 93. It was a significant year in my life.

My old soccer number was 10 so I'd probably go with that as a forward. If I played D I'd go with 2 or 3.

Depends. When I played baseball I was 21 and I liked that num a lot. So it would prolly be 21. But if I was a football player I'd want 88 cuz my fav player (Hakeem nicks) has that num

My favorite number is 91 by far. And it's not because I'm born 1991, since I'm born in 1980's. it's because my favorite player is Sergei Fedorov #91.
Also that number always stand out.

Maybe 29. I've always though it looked good on a jersey.

23 has been my number for pretty much my entire life. Everything has something to do with 23. Either that or 17, since a toy car I had from childhood had a nice 17 on its side. Plus both are fairly "rare" numbers.
