Cauliflower crust pizza is delish.
I agree that going from scratch is the way to go; our go-to uses are rice flour and corn flour.

Deep frying is my specialty. I learned how to make gluten free chicken nuggets and deep fried potatoes (I think they're known as Mojos? Scojos? The kind you can get in the deli department at a Safeway or Save-on-Foods).

If you like chicken nuggets, try making these:

1/2c flake oats (gluten free obvs)
1/2c unsweeteded shredded coconut
1 TBSP flax meal
1 tsp Italian seasoning (no salt)
1 tsp garlic powder

1/2c egg whites
1/4c milk

Dip chicken nugget sized chicken in the egg mixture and then coat in oat mixture. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes, then under the broiler for 2-3 to crisp. Serve with roasted sweet potato and/or other vegetable deliciousness.

Trade you.

One Bowl:
6 Cups of Flour (I use three cups rice, three cups corn)
6 Tablespoons of Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon of Ground Black Pepper

Other Bowl:
4 Beaten Eggs

Frying Pan:
Thin layer (half an inch-to an inch) of canola oil

Cut the chicken into nugget sized pieces, dip in the egg and then coat in the batter. Drop into the oil.

For the potatoes, use the same mix - just add two tablespoons of celery salt.

I like having mine with some hot sauce - Frank's or Sri Rachi (Red Rooster) being the best. My wife likes to make some home made honey mustard.

That was how I got onto the recipe, actually. One day Mrs. C is watching the TV and sees a McDonalds commercial and sighs - "I miss chicken mcnuggets."

A quick Google later, and dinner was on. She didn't even realize what I was making until I was mostly done.

Yeah I'd definitely be interested in the Krapfen place as well as the all you can drink club. Sounds like my kinda place.

St. Stephan's Cathedral is definitely a must see on my list. Where did you go to tour a monastery? That sounds like a pretty cool tour.

Seems like the only thing I won't like is the smoke, but I'll manage.
Sent out a message to my friend, so hopefully she'll respond soon!

There's a million things to do in Vienna; I still had plenty of places I didn't visit during my 10 days there. One day, I'll go back.

The monastery was in Melk, which is about an hour's drive away from Vienna. It was beautiful, and they actually like us (went with a group of choir friends) sing in their chapel. It is the BEST moment of my life thus far. You could hear the overtones and everything.

And yes, everyone and their mother smokes. You're basically constantly walking behind a trail of smoke. I got used to it after a few days, which I don't think was a good thing...

Everyone smokes in France as well, streets are littered with cigarette butts. I was expecting it, but I was still surprised by the amount of smokers

The problem is that I try to smile in pictures, and end up with a slasher smile.

You guys see the highlights of the Canada VS Mexico game today at the baseball world classic?

Hilarious. The Mexican players deserved to get beat down after that garbage.

New girl marathon

Mr. Canucklehead ... duck hunt.. Gold.

And puckmonster you can really notice it in your face cant tell from your waist because of the way you're holding in gas or something in the 2nd photo. But good job I've been doing more or less the same thing you're doing too except at 1600cals and slowed down to working out 3-4 x a week.

Really once you cut out grains (more or less) your waist will shrink.

I think this will be the 4th week in a row that there is a Canucks game at the same time as The Walking Dead.
This is unacceptable.

I haven't seen the last 4 episodes or so and I'm fine. And I go on this site. AND this sites spoilers tag doesn't work on mobile -__- you'll do fine.

Ditto, but I have to do this every Sunday - Walking Dead can't be on until after Jr. is in bed around 8 or so. So I have to avoid the net - even here - until then.

The horror.

I'm pretty stoked I haven't watch any of the new episodes so I get a mini marathon

Unfortunately some of us with schedules have big problems when a whole day is gone.

Hope whomever is okay but does every city in the world stop everything anytime someone is suicidal?

Best SNL monologue (if you can call it that) ever. Guest appearances from Paul Simon, Steve Martin, Dan Ackroyd, Alec Baldwin, Chevy Chase, Tom Hanks, Martin Short and Candice Bergen.

Steve Martin needs to make another movie!
