On the odd occassion I do tune in, I only watch the second half during the playoffs. Personally, I find it the most dull sport to watch.

I'll watch the last few minutes of the fourth quarter of the finals. What an incredibly dull sport.

Hahaha was just about to make that joke.

Over the last few weeks I've pretty much caught up by watching all of Season 2 (mostly a waste of time) and all but the 2 most recent episodes of Season 3. Pretty great binge-watch show, since if you're watching 2-3 episodes in a row you don't realize that things don't really develop that fast. It's getting intense now though.

the last few minutes of the fourth quarter are probably the worst to watch. Much like football, it's about running down the clock with the notable exception that in the NFL they don't intentional take penalties.

Honestly, I don't remember half the show is placed. I thought season 1 was all at the Atlanta camp and the CDC happened at the start of season 2.

Yeah, but there really is no other exciting part of the game, for me personally.

Saw the Royals beat the Silvertips 4-1 in their last home game of the season.

The only reason they won was because the Canucks/WHL HFB Moderator was in attendance.

This is truth.

Victoria Grizzlies won their first game of the round 1 Island Divison vs Powell River 5-2.

Still sans Gerry Fitzgerald, but his brothers Myles (3 points) and Leo (4 points) did alright tonight I guess.

Nanaimo wins its first game vs. Alberni Valley 4 - 3 after going down 2 - 0.

And I was there to film it.

Are we keeping track of our respective team's playoff runs in the BCHL? Count me in!

We're (Prince George Spruce Kings) up 1-0 in our series with Chilliwack after winning 3-1. We were outshot 44 to 20.

I eat that every morning.

Except I use almond milk instead of milk but everything else is identical.

Have you tried chia seeds? They're great.

Flax seeds too.

You can try oatmeal as well.

Also recommend freezing your bananas and no need of ice cubes.

Nice to see someone else taking nutrition the same way I do

I'm trying some vegan dishes. pancakes, bars, burger, and some pasta.

I eat a lot of flax and chia, and I practically own stock in 0% plain Astro Greek yogurt (the best tasting) and large flake oats.

I don't eat corn, rice, wheat or white potatoes anymore and I feel ****ing fantastic.
