Bla bla bla blah blah I'll just keep watching Craig Ferguson and occasionally tune in for Conan or Kimmel.

It's clear that Leno's done, he's not funny at all anymore, Fallon was never funny and relies on viral hits, and Letterman's in decline.

Fallon is the only late night worth tuning in for. The guy is the most talented, without question.

Think Seth Meyers would apply for Fallon's job?

I'm guessing the Roots didn't want to leave for New York. And, quite honestly, the Roots are the only thing worth tuning in for on Late Night.

I hate Jimmy Fallon. But if this finally gets rid of Jay Leno once and for all then thank god.

I was reading in one of the trade papers that Leno is acting like Letterman right before Letterman moved to CBS

http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/201...8-2013/173449/

Those numbers are a lot closer then NBC likes

Conan takes over from Letterman, that show moves to LA? Food for thought.

Maybe Conan would actually get viewers again

TBS numbers have not been anything to brag about

Fallon is much more suited for the early slot than Conan was.

Ferguson is already in LA and would be ready to step in when Dave decides to retire.

Hard to say what's going to happen but I can't see it working too well if both 11:35 shows are in the same city.

Fallon to take Tonight show spot and speculation is Seth Meyers might take Late Night

Just because someone was a cast member on SNL doesn't mean they can host a talk show

Look outside SNL, NBC

I for one am glad Conan isn't on NBC anymore, despite the larger audience.

It was clear from the get-go that when Conan took the 11:30 time slot, they neutered him in what he could say and do on the Tonight Show and the show was AWFUL (that, and bringing Andy Richter back).

It got much better when he moved to TBS and let him do his thing without trying to force him to appeal to Leno's old, aging, decrepit audience.

But he has been struggling with ratings on TBS

Penner crack on Conan about his ratings was hilarious AND true

I'm just amazed Jay has been able to dominate ratings as long as he has. Don't know why, Tonight show is above average at best. Got to admit, those monologues are funny. And he's just been tearing into NBC the last few days.

He's the host of Weekend Update. So was Jimmy Fallon.

And Fallon is easily the best of the late night talk shows. Conan was dethroned after NBC ****ed him over and he went to TBS.

But they're not that funny. Is Meyers going to try to sing along with the band too with horrible impressions? Yes, I'm not a fan of that Neil Young impression. It was stupid.

Meyers might be good, who knows. Weekend Update is great. He does have to prove himself like Jimmy did.

People who think Fallon is best haven't spent a good amount of time watching Ferguson, IMO. Ferguson really doesn't want to replace Letterman, I don't think; the entire format of his show would need to be adjusted.

I'd really like someone to give Norm Macdonald a chance at a talk show.

Don't see appeal of any of the late night hosts on major networks. Ferguson is too obscure, Letterman isn't funny, Leno's monologues are the only part funny about his show, and Fallon isn't funny

Best IMO are the cable shows and I've said many times before about how I don't like Jon Stewart's attitude on his show, he tends to be condescending and arrogant. But that's still better than anything on network TV.

Fallon is the worst. Meyers could take over the show high on bathsalts Monday night and it would be 100% better. Fallon's conversations are fake and boring, it is awful TV to watch.
