Duncan Milroy chose hockey over badminton.

Good choice Duncan.

I didn't see anyone have a bad game tonight. Except maybe Locke, but it must be difficult for him, considering he doesn't play much.

Standouts were Higgins, Danis, Kostitsyn, Côté (he was awesome), Hainsey and Bégin.

I'd also like to apologize to Jarvis.

Hold on leafs Hold on !!!!!!!!!

Kostitsyn was very good in that final minute there. Hell, Archer even was on the ice, Jarvis seems to trust everyone on his roster right now.

A few random thoughts on the game:

Trevor Daley is a bum. He missed his defensive assignment on the first goal and took a retarded high sticking penalty in the third. If this guy was half as fast as Stars' fans hype him up to be, he'd have had a breakaway leaving when leaving the penalty box, but some Moose player caught up to him pretty easily. I was quite unimpressed with his play.

Hainsey looked good tonight. He's starting to play with some of the confidence he had before and showed a lot of composure. Has he begun to turn the corner? I certainly hope so.

Kostitsyn played well, made a few nice passes and checks and didn't look like the defensive liability he was reported to be at the start of the season, but the thing that really bothered me was that he seemed to be on his ass half the game. He didn't look to solid on his skates and seemed to be falling a lot as a result of a hit or just tripping up. I mean, he's apparently weighs 210lbs, but he seems really easy to knock off his skates and I'm pretty concerned with that. And this guy is supposed to be a wicked sniper with an awesome array of shots. He's gotta put the puck on net more often.

The thing with Kostitsyn is that he's very hard to knock on his butt.... when he's in balance. But he's caught off balance really often. It's got nothing to do with his size or strenght.
