LA did. But Dallas hasn't and that's the point. We the Kings fans don't make proposals for him.

That should be close value
LOL. What a joke. Eriksson can score 30-40 goals per season, takes few penalties, and is quite good defensively. Players like him are not exactly common.

And no, Benn is not better than Eriksson, and Neal and Eriksson are a wash in terms of overall aptitude.

Not to mention Eriksson a lot of times creates his own offense. Neal is feeding off world class centers.

Anyone who is saying that Eriksson is better than Benn is wrong.

They score about the same amount of points. Loui is better in defense AND a thing that people forget. He is disciplined as hell! 3 +70p seasons with a combined PIM at 46. COMBINED! Over 3 full seasons. So I would say even though Loui have had a slow start he is more valueble to Dallas and good than Benn.
So you know more about the Stars than a Stars fan? Ok.

Benn is better than Eriksson.

99% of Stars fans will tell you that Benn is better.

And just saying, as a fan, I like Eriksson better than Benn, and Eriksson is definitely better at some aspects of the game, obviously his two-way game, but this was said on the Stars forum and it's dead on:

Quote:
Benn is the better player.

It's very close. And Loui does some things better than Benn, no doubt.

But Benn is simply more dominant on the ice offensively and ultimately that sets him apart. Benn can bend the course of the game to his will. Loui subtly influences it. Both are valuable.

The Stars need Defense and the Predators need Offense. Sounds like a good match to me.

Bolded is the key word. There are many stars fans that believe that Eriksson is the best on the team, so don't act as I'm stating anything crazy.

We had a vote on our forum if you want to take a look. There was a discussion, although it wasn't all that lively due to the overwhelming agreement as to who the better player is.

People underrate Benn's defensive abilities. They play different styles defensively but are relatively equal IMO.
