This is my list and I could flip flop on #1 and #2:

Norm Ullman
Dale Hawerchuk
Lots of great players that never won. Stastny and Ratelle could easily be on that list, so could Oates. Sundin, Sittler, Salming are Leaf royalty to never win. Lindros if you only measure peak value is pretty close too. I like Norm Ullman in there though. In his prime was a heck of a player. Had some nice playoff runs too when the Wings went to the final.
As for goalies, I find most of the all-time greats win them but there are a couple that come to mind for me. If being a third stringer doesn't count then Tony Esposito is #1 for goalies and to be honest could be on anyone's top 5 list in general. But he did win one in 1969 so by that measure I'll go with Eddie Giacomin.
