Main Card:
Welterweight Championship: Georges St. Pierre (c) vs Nick Diaz-Unanimous decision I really don't see any realistic way Diaz can win this fight.
Welterweight Bout: Carlos Condit vs Johny Hendricks- I want Hendrick's to win, and in dramatic fashion, but I just don't see him beating Condit.
Welterweight Bout: Jake Ellenberger vs Nate Marquardt
Middleweight Bout: Nick Ring vs Chris Camozzi
Lightweight Bout: Mike Ricci vs Colin Fletcher

Preliminary Card:
Welterweight Bout: Patrick Cote vs Bobby Voelker
Featherweight Bout: Antonio Carvalho vs Darren Elkins
Welterweight Bout: Dan Miller vs Jordan Mein
Lightweight Bout: John Makdessi vs Daron Cruickshank
Welterweight Bout: Rick Story vs Quinn Mulhern-I really dislike Story.
Bantamweight Bout: T.J. Dillashaw vs Issei Tamura
Bantamweight Bout: George Roop vs Reuban Duran

Looks like Sportsnet might be showing the entire card, coverage starts at 4PT/7ET instead of the usual 5PT/8ET.

Using the anonymity of the internet to accuse someone who could kill you with his bare hands of something with absolutely no evidence.

I'm cheering for Diaz, but I think he gets jabbed/wrestled/elbowed en route to another Georges St Decision safety win.

Am I the only one that thinks Nick Ring's nickname (The Promise) is quite possibly the worst nickname, not only in in MMA, but in....life?

Just watched another Diaz interview and he went on about the toxic airplane water again. Lol, what is this all about?

Huh... interesting.

Quote:
New findings from the Environmental Protection Agency show some planes have unwanted stowaways in their water supply -- potentially dangerous bacteria that could make you sick.

"What we have in the water right now from our test results is an indication that there could be a safety concern," says Tom Skinner, the Environmental Protection Agency's chief enforcement officer.

Over the past six months, his agency randomly tested water on more than 300 planes from domestic and foreign carriers.

In one out of every seven planes, the EPA found water that did not meet federal standards. It found bacteria like coliform and E. coli -- which are often associated with human feces.
I assumed he was talking about radiation and whatnot. Who knows.

As crazy as Nick sounds a lot of the time, he isn't a stupid guy. Him and Nate are both known as really smart guys when it comes to nutrition.

He's the most interesting fighter to analyze, he has a one of a kind personality and attitude. You never see a fighter that puts himself in the mindset of a pure fighter like he does. When he says he is never excited to fight, that's real talk.

Yeah Nick reminds me of what enforcers say in the NHL. He doesn't sugar coat it - he's scared, he doesn't like to get hit in the face but that's what he does, that's how he makes a living.

Yup. Honestly all fighters are fearful. They can give all the rehearsed answers of "exciting" and "great opportunity" but they are scared. For example during the Pride era..how excited do you think those local japanese fighters were knowing they were sacrificial lambs to monsters like Fedor and Wandy? I'm so excited to have my arm ripped off by this serial killer calm russian sambo master.

Man you get amped up watching that (brief) staredown. It's just special getting to watch guys like GSP, Anderson, Jones.

Main Card:
Welterweight Championship: Georges St. Pierre (c) vs Nick Diaz - Decision. Just a bad stylistic matchup for Diaz. I don't think he has the one shot power to finish GSP, and I'd be surprised if GSP got caught in a submission. 50-44.
Welterweight Bout: Carlos Condit vs Johny Hendricks - I have a feeling Hendricks stands in the 1st and gets outpointed. Uses his wrestling to take the 2nd, then Condit's cardio allows him to outpoint Hendricks in the 3rd.
Welterweight Bout: Jake Ellenberger vs Nate Marquardt
Middleweight Bout: Nick Ring vs Chris Camozzi
Lightweight Bout: Mike Ricci vs Colin Fletcher

Preliminary Card:
Welterweight Bout: Patrick Cote vs Bobby Voelker
Featherweight Bout: Antonio Carvalho vs Darren Elkins
Welterweight Bout: Dan Miller vs Jordan Mein
Lightweight Bout: John Makdessi vs Daron Cruickshank
Welterweight Bout: Rick Story vs Quinn Mulhern
Bantamweight Bout: T.J. Dillashaw vs Issei Tamura
Bantamweight Bout: George Roop vs Reuban Duran

If anyone has seen the movie "Monster" with Charlize Theron, or better yet has seen some of the interviews Aileeen Wuornos gave, Diaz' rants remind me a bit of her's. He's just not quite as bat **** crazy.

Do people really believe GSP is actually going to fight?
