Official Struck by Nipissing Player (video)

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there is a video alleging that Lakers defenceman Brett Cook striking an official in the UQTR/Nipissing game in 3-R.
I'm surprised I haven't seen anything regarding it (unless I missed it though in the previous discussions).

According several sources it was Clark who was bleeding apparently struck 1st by the
linseman not seen in the video
