It's good to see yet the Leafs have a complete different method with Kadri, Carlyle keeps giving him Hell and he produces madly. I guess there's not one method that's better than the other. I tend to like the MT style with young players but somehow the Leafs found a way to make Kadri produce.
Pacioretty should have taken Kadri method but the management tried to rush him too soon because his size was needed.
For real. I understand we were holding out in order to try to sign Sundin. But we could have signed Streit for soo much cheaper than what he got for the Isles (according to him, he wanted to sign something like between 2-3 mil).
We struggled a lot afterwards in order to replace him.
