Just add water, use leaf blower to inflate, wait a day, and you have weather proof building ready to use.

I feel like 1000L of water would probably be put to better use for drinking water during humanitarian crises.

Would be really handy if you're near an ocean. Looks like it could be a good bunker kit for the doomsdayers too.
