Maybe that'll switch up their terrible periods and they come to work in the second.

This team has been hard to watch this year outside Crosby. I hate the way we play.

2 goals off of Martin deflections, one off a rebound after a hideous faceoff loss (that's on Sid), and one super-soft-serve goal that has to be stopped every time.

Take a seat, Marc-Andre. Not your night.

I'd agree if it wasn't such a common theme. The Pens have to know by now that these games won't be called evenly and it's on them to adjust. If you look at a Flyer after the whistle and they call a penalty 9 times out of the last 10 games you have to not look at the player after the whistle. You can't expect that suddenly your going to get a fair shake or that arguing with the refs are going to change anything. For whatever reason they are on the refs Shi* list and they have to change, but they refuse to.

As frustrating as it is to see this stupidity game after game versus Philly, they're really the only team we act like this with. And they stink against everyone else.

They're the rock to our scissors.

I remember a few seasons ago, I would laugh at the Flyers because they always used to do this kind of ****. Mike Richards would turn into a little girl and Jeff Carter would hide and feel bad for himself. Crazy how the tables turned...

inb4 Beau Bennett hat trick to lead us from the dark though.

This defense is failing. Scoring for the flyers left and right. We got gay'ed so hard. 3 of the 4 goals scored off of stupid penalties. All of them have been ugly goals. Two of them have gone in off of stupid bounces off the D. One was screened by our own man. One was a complete fail on Fleurys part.

This **** kills me.

I now see why Shero is drafting nothing but D-men at the past 4 drafts. (Beau Bennett the lone exclusion)

He would ( already did) do this same **** in the playoffs. Why would we want a guy like that? He belongs on Philly...the Philly we used to do this too. We've switched roles
WHOOOOA. Go easy there, man. I know you are upset but Neal is usually a positive, scoring force on the ice except against the Flyers where he takes tons of stupid penalties. If he scored twice tonight, like he is capable of doing, I'm sure we'd all be praising him and predicting him to beat out Stamkos in goals.

TLDR: Neal is good, just not good against the Flyers where he plays undisciplined hockey

Fleury's been awful, but this has to be his first bad game of the season so let's take it easy on him. Start Vokoun to begin the second though, ofc.

Neal on the other hand, that second penalty was atrocious. The first one was a terrible call however. Engo ****ed up hard on the second goal, left Rinaldo wideee open, and Niskanen took an idiotic one too.

Just end this game now and let's get the **** out of here and regroup. Pathetic performance from top to bottom.

And then we'd have to finish 1st to play them in Round 1.

Despres out but Niskanen in and Tyler Kennedy starts means only one thing Bylsma is the worst coach in the NHL bar none.

They still do that against every other team except the Penguins.

No no, we have been playing "our game". Unfortunately "our game" is just painfully outdated and predictable.
