Seriously, the Fifth Third mortgage department has to be the most incompetently run organization on the planet. It literally took four hours to repeatedly explain to them that they were posting documents to folders, IN THEIR OWN SYSTEM, that we don't have access to on account of the strict password protection system they have in place.
They kept going on about, "Call our IT to get a new password, call our IT to get a new password." No doofuses, it's called post the files to the correct folder that you specifically made for us in the first place and don't just put our stuff all over the place because you're either too lazy or too stupid to do it right.
Bought myself one last bday present today, a sick pair of Hugo Boss dress shoes. Couldn't resist. Last pair of dress shoes were crap and didn't last, so went all out in these. So comfortable I might sleep in them.
Got a promotion at work already. I am now a dishwasher on Mondays and Tuesdays which is an extra $2 per hour plus tips. That's on top of my Thursday Friday Saturday shifts. So ill get 35-40 hours in a week as a part time worker.
Our club clinched it's second consecutive regular season title last night. Three games left to tie last season's regular season league-record wins title.
Also tendered our fourth Chicago-area player for next year last week. Three of the four were my recommendations seeing the teams here so much all season. One more is probably on the way either through tender or the draft in a couple of months. Another one of the guys is getting called up this week on his spring break to practice with the team all week and play in a game or two next weekend. Excited to hear how he does.
That looks great. I love lamb, but I've never not roasted it in an oven.
This was roasted on the grill. Turned the burners on the far left on low, put the lamb on the far right, and kept the lid closed, while flipping it ever 30-45 minutes. Let it cook for about 3 hours like that, and then seared it with the burners as high as possible to get a good crust on it.
It's one of those dishes that is so good that you don't even need side dishes.
Have you ever had any game meat? If all you've had is pork and beef, it'd be impossible to describe. The obvious reply to your question would to say it is gamier, but that might not make sense to you if you haven't had anything that has that gamey taste.
