Well no one was sucker punched and both guys agreed to the fight. McLaren happened to land the better punch. I rather see a guy get KO'd like this than see someone get elbowed in the head. At least the Sens' player had an opportunity to defend himself or not fight at all.
lol? there was absolutely no point in that fight.. im not against fighting its just staged fights off the face off like that are just not entertaining.
Yeah, I don't know why all the fans start to be crazy when a fight start. Its clearly not entertaining. Its strange to that hockeyfight video are more popular on youtube than any other things related to hockey. If you don't like it, go watch ringuette or soccer
2 men agree to a fight, they throw punches (not kicks or elbows), no shots while the guy is down, just 2 men going at it. Nothing dirty about it.

Fighting is banned (ie there will be suspensions and you might face criminal prosecution for assault) in a lot of leagues in Europe. If two man want to fight they can get into a boxing ring. I never can understand why some fans like it.
