Tired of losing to the Yotes in a shootout, lets win this thing and dominate from start to finish. Keys to the game, no crappy goaltending and no crappy defense.

I would think it's safe to assume Fasth will start? After Hiller's last performance, yikes...

Now is the time for Fasth to take this team.

Ducks need to do WAY better in our own end though. Can't have the puck in our end for 2 minutes and not expect a goal.

They were both awful. The goal pattern was the same against Fasth.

I think Fasth will start today even though they both had bad games vs Coyotes. He has a shot of stealing the number one spot if he plays well in the next few games.

# Name GP Min GA GAA W L T ENG SO Saves SvPct

30 Viktor Fasth 12 722 25 2.08 9 1 1 0 1 297 0.922
1 Jonas Hiller 10 574 31 3.24 6 2 2 0 0 248 0.889

The stats do say a lot. I've always felt that the team seems a lot more comfortable in front of Fasth seeing as his rebound control is about a jillion times better than Hiller's. It's pretty helpful when you're not scrambling after a routine save.

My apologies. I missed that game as I was on a camping trip.

Isn't there supposed to be a moratorium on *****ing about which goalie sucks less until at least the second page? Oh well.

Hopefully Allen is healthy and we can go back to Allen/Lovejoy Sbisa/Fowler. Getting the home ice ability to control defensive pairing match ups should help as well.

Go Ducks!

Hiller getting the start. Point is moot.

Ughh. Why Hiller?

The guy cannot control rebounds

I'm going to be bold and predict a lot of high glove shots from Phoenix.

I don't understand why? Fasth has been way more solid overall this season.

On to other things: Looking at the schedule, looks pretty scary in the end of the March. San Jose, Chicago, Detroit 2x, San Jose 2x, Chicago.

I think the Ducks are going to decide to show up at the rink tonight, and kick some ass.

Don't worry, Vatanen isn't there. Unless he's stealing coffee again.

Gonna skip the second period and watch "Duck Dynasty". They killed the Preds last week when I did that.

Hiller will get pulled in a heartbeat if he looks anything like last game

I'm going to go with - because Fasth has also been mediocre at best since signing his contract and Hiller is technically still the starter, so they're giving him another chance to prove it.
