Smith as "green"? He looks good out there. He breaks up a ton of plays because he reads the game so well. Had a couple more last night against the Oilers. Kindl and Smith are solid and dependable middle pairing guys so far.

And they are starting to activate in the offensive zone more frequently. It's only a matter of time before they both start putting up more points.
