Neither.

It's basically asking if every player was 6'0 200 lbs who would dominate ?

It's Neil. At 5'11 he still pounds bigger and experienced fighters.

I agree with Neil but Simmonds is a very strong candidate aswell. He's the type that would do good in MMA. Tall, very skinny and athletic.

I do miss Domi feeding Neil a steady diet of knuckles, I never saw someone dominate Neil as much as Domi did, and I consider Neil a pretty decent fighter.

Rinaldo is not one of the best. I've seen the man reject more fights than take them. He is an opportunist and a rat, much like Carcillo.

Prust is meh. Ever since signing with Montreal, he has been treated with such revelry. He is decent but shouldn't be mentioned in this post.

Most others I agree with, like Lucic, Orr, McGratten, Parros, Scott, at least in terms of heavyweights. Brown, TooToo, Simmonds are great fighters, especially considering their size.

This for both the correct definition of lb for lb and the correct answer.

It has nothing to do with weight class is what i meant to say. Just because you're a smaller guy and you're a decent fighter doesn't make you the best pound for pound fighter.

Imagine every NHL fighter at say... 6'2'', 210 pounds, who would be the best fighter based on their styles.

You gotta give some credit to Zac Rinaldo. He's only what? 5'11" 169? And damn he punches hard.

No way he is only 170, but he is definitely a LW fighter.

I thought that he managed to not get completely killed by Thornton and his willingness to go with him was an accomplishment. I'd love to have the kid on the Bruins. We are lacking someone who throws consistently dominating hits. Looch makes you pay every time but cant catch anyone open ice, Chara is scared of killing someone and Boychuck has disappeared.

Best Fighter In The Game?

Simple question, who is the one fighter in the NHL you would be most afraid to fight?

Doesn't play many games for the blues but cam jannson. Guy seems wired in a different way, can take a punch and has the stamina of a long distance runner. Not the greatest fighter but if you watch his clips he would be a nightmare to tangle with.

First Cam Janssen plays for Devils again, and is in the AHL. Yes, pound for pound he is a beast. Has a hard time against guys like Scott, just from pure size mismatch, but hangs in there pretty good.

Plus, he is an awesome guy too!

Orr will fight anyone, and likely win, he has fights where he doesn't get his gloves off soon enough, and gets stuck and gets wrestled around, but besides for the odd fight here and there he has a very impressive record.
