Just a heads up - not sure what thread this would belong in, if any. Feel free to move it:

Sabres practice streamed live at Sabres.com. Hosting and analysis by Duff and Ray.

EDIT: At 10:30 AM

Getting practice updated via twitter is probably enough for me.

I watched the practice for a bit and did find it interesting. Probably not a lot of viewers for a losing team, but it makes sense for them to try it now and get any kinks out. Could you imagine how many fans would want to watch practice next season if we they were to turn this team around (think Montreal improvement since last season).

Was fun to watch. For those who missed it, here's a brief summary: Rolston had them doing 3-on-3 and 5-on-5 drills focusing on the cycle down low for the offensive players and winning board battles and exiting the zone cleanly for the D. Followed it up with a bit of PP practice.
Ennis was wearing a red jersey and didn't participate in much beside the PP and shootout.
Said they'll work more on special teams tomorrow.
