Was a pretty good, Jets season, key injuries, lots of entertainment look forward to next season!

More cases to be solved, still time to straighten out the misguided Burmi fans!

The Jets were definitely watching the scoreboards after the 2nd period & knew their season was over.
Absolutely no help from any of the other teams.

Hopefully they can add some free agents in the off season & fix the power play.

GO GO!

Great season and genuine progress made. We need to get someone who can play defence though. I thought Wheeler, Burmi and Wright had good games tonight.

Disappointing end to a not all that disappointing season. The Jets went 6-1-1 and 2 good periods before getting the news no one wanted to hear, and then they just didn't have it in them after that. I'd like to think Pavelec doesn't give up those two awful goals had the Sens and Rangers lost.

On to next year! With Scheifele, maybe Trouba, and maybe an outside shot at Lowry in the mix, things should be looking up. October can't come fast enough!

Interestingly enough, in his final game of an uncertain year. Burmistrov looked really good near the end of that game. However, making plays for bums doesn't mean production.

I really hope we don't walk into next year with this roster + Scheifele thinking we'll make the playoffs in that division.

Time to look forward to the offseason, maybe we can unload some dead weight and get some youth injected.

I vote for a tank year. But no one will be with me. We need a player like Mcdavid. To me its about winning a cup. You can't get dynamic players like that without drafting them.

Still in contention until the end of the 2nd period of their last game of the year. Not bad for a team slated for 14th. And like Munz and Shane said, I'm looking forward to next season already.

Well it's definitely paying dividends for the Oilers.

Although we finished with a pretty crumby result, to me our fate was sealed in those back to back Washington beatings we took. Too deep a hole was dug...

That being said I am not going to continue with the negativity we seem to have had in in the GDT.

I loved this season meaning so much literally to the end. But we raise the bar yet again and need to make some -good- changes. I anticipate things will get harder next year, but I had a blast this season.

I have to admit I still haven't gotten over having a team here again and I love it.

I agree right now they suck. Give it a couple more years. But their talent level is really good. Move a couple pieces around and they will be right there.
