Who would have thought that Clune would have more goals than SK. One thing Clune has over SK is one he shoots the puck and second he hustles.

Clune was a great waiver pickup.

Seems like he's been progressively worse as each game goes by.

Weber scoring on a backhand, Rinne with a bonehead play that didn't result in a goal, and Clune scoring on a PS. 2nd period written by Rod Serling

We've had some good plays in this game...and the defense has been at least solid. But this is one of those games where the pucks are bouncing our way. No, I don't feel sorry for Dallas (same thing happens to us, of course), but with the way this one is being played, it should probably be tied, at least.

so far, so good
game looked a bit iffy in the first 5 minutes, looks like the Preds are in control now. Can the Stars muster a 3rd period attack? I think so, the Preds will be in total defense mode, so lots of zone time for the Stars.
That's not to say I think they'll score 3 goals, just that they will generate a lot of chances.

He's always been a little iffy with the puck...but lately his turnovers seem more....lazy. Situations where we could establish momentum, or in a one on one where he has good position....he's finding a way to give it up. This year especially, he's playing like an old man. Not Jagr or Selanne, or even Sullivan old. Like Holmstrom old.

@colinwilson33: Richard "Dickie" Clune scoring on the penalty shot!!!!! Kid can do it all! #smileforthecamera #beauty
I think I'm gonna start referring to him as Dickie..seems fitting.

Peter Horachek "They had 10 chances in that period, we had 10 chances in that period and we're up 3-0... that's not the kind of hockey we want to play. We have to frustrate a team like this but our guys want to try to score another goal."

3rd injury in 3 games. Is that Gaustad's 3rd injury this year?
