Diaz is good and the rest is quantity.

If I were a Flyers' fan, I'd say no.

What is with all the recent proposals attempting to split up teh Schenn brothers? Flyers are happy with both currently.

JVR for L. Schenn was a way better deal for Toronto IMO. I dont like the kid, glad hes gone.

Schenn and Grossmann are the two untouchables on the Flyers blue line right now. Everyone else is fair game

You explained why the Habs might do this, but you haven't given a reason why the Flyers would. Flyers say no. No interest in dealing either Schenn. Diaz is okay, but he's much older than most people realize. The rest is junk.

Schenn's a solid player and Rotten Ronnie didn't utilize him the right way. With that said, it'd be weird to see him in the bleu, blanc et rouge after he wore that blue and white so proudly.

Diaz is not that old he just turn 27 ! He's getting better and better ... He became a complete dman , he's good offensively and good defensively and most of all he's cheap only 1.2 for this year and the next one !
I'm not saying it a good deal by the way

I don't see talbot fitting in mtl since he's a left handed dman .. Eller is fine as our third centre and dumont or white is fine as our fourth
I would like to have Schenn in mtl since I think he could bring some grit to our D

I would like to see simmonds in mtl uniform but the price will be high ...

Except Schenn is a right handed dman, so it still makes no sense.

how about:

- Diaz
- Eller
- Kristo
- 2nd Rounder

- Couturier

Eller can easily replace Cooter. Diaz is a high quality
offensive D-Man. and the 2nd rounder with Kristo is a bonus.

This is correct. When are people going to get passed the stigma from Toronto? Luke has been wonderful for us. I've been nothing but encouraged by his play as a Flyer. He is developing quite nicely. He has been a true bright spot on an otherwise under performing blue line (Timonen and Coburn specifically, Meszaros also bc of injuries).

yea....no thanks. If I'm moving Couturier to Montreal its gonna be for Tinordi + or with extras for Subban.

We have been down this road a million times before. Couturier is not available unless the Flyers are receiving a true #1 defenseman.

If so, why would the Habs make this trade?
Right.
