I'm happy with the win, but Bylsma still is making FAR too many mistakes out there that are making it difficult for this team.

We're lucky to catch a tired Bruins team that had no legs in the third.

Before you come on and say that the Bruins have had an easy schedule and one back to back shouldn't hurt them. (like so many other uninformed posters have)...you might want to actually LOOK and see that they've played 10 games in the last 17 days I believe.

This crazy schedule continues the rest of the month.

- No points for Crosby

+ Beating the Bruins in a comeback win; with no Malkin and no points from Crosby!

-Sutter is clutch.

-Bennett is here to stay.

-Bottom six needs blown up and reassembled. Moving Dupuis down with Sutter would be a start.

-Our personnel on defense is fine. The scheme and execution could be better.
I love you.

Sutter has a thing for big goals.

-Tying goal in the 3rd against Flyers (the game in which Vokoun gave up a stinker like a minute later)
-OT goal against Canadiens
-Tonight

I'm confused. Wouldn't expect nothing less? Doesn't that mean you would expect a lot less?

I love double negatives.

actually that last PK was how it should be, granted it might be taht bruins were a bit too pasive, but aggresive pk in their zone, yes, and yes

also that pp 5 on 4 and 5 on 3 was very good

Doubt we'd sit on them so much if they weren't on their second leg of a back to back, but the ice was tilted for all the game seemingly, outside the first 10 minutes or so. We did virtually everything right 5 on 5 in what I saw, just short of a little finish/skill what with Malkin out.

Should be another major confidence booster.

Still, for the few drops of malice...

1: Everything about our defensive zone frailties and PK weakness still stand.
2: Letang has the same PP issues we've discussed at length.
3: I absolutely hate that we keep scratching Despres. We know what Eaton brings, he is supposed to be cover, not someone blocking the way of a superior young player at a time where we need to get him battle ready. This is not hating on Eaton.... he has been much better than I had hoped. But there has to be a big picture there somewhere.
4: I think I am starting to hate Tanner Glass.
Starting?

I'll take a guy for Sid's RW, a 2nd/3rd line tweener who's available to step up depending upon how Bennett continues to play, and take my chances on this team in the playoffs, even with Fleury and Bylsma.

This I will never understand. The 4th line is a ****ing disaster, either put out the now rested top line or match their top line with the Sutter line. This 4th line should really only be playing when everyone else is tired, or for comic relief.

Explain to me how he is correct. Coming back 2-0 to a Boston team that is going to go deep into the playoffs. This win means nothing to: Sutter who scored 2 fantastic goals? Crosby, while putting up zero points, watches his team come from behind and win? The team in general should be overloaded with confidence after this win, Boston has lost once a few times in regulation the entire season. I just don't see how someone could say that this win doesn't "indicate" anything for the playoffs.

But you do agree he's a clown, right?

Credit some on after four periods to recognize that Jeffrey just isn't a second line center. Moving up Sutter was the move. So I guess that is a plus. Forechecking on a team that was mailing it in after one was good as well. The negative is fourth line sucks and Despres needs to play not Eaton. You are going nowhere with Eaton.

+I thought Letang was everywhere in this game. Loved to see that.

+Some clutch scoring from Sutter

+Loved the overall effort tonight. They worked their ***** off until finally the pucks started to go in after one of the better goalie performances against the pens all season.
