Danny Ainge had this to say about LeBron complaining about the refs:

Quote:
"I don’t think either one of those were flagrants, and I think the one — LeBron against Boozer — was flagrant, yes. I think the officials had it right…," Ainge said during a weekly radio-show appearance in Boston. "I think that it’s almost embarrassing that LeBron James would complain about officiating."
Apparently Pat Riley didn't like those comments too much and came out swinging:

Quote:
Pat Riley: "Danny Ainge needs to shut the f--- up and manage his own team."
Quote:
More Riley: "He was the biggest whiner going when he was playing and I know that because I coached against him."

I keep hearing Celtics fans talk about how they hate hearing about the Heat, but yet it seems like they bring them up every week. I mean seriously, what is the point of Ainge even answering that? His team isn't any holier.

Anyway, rough season for Granger. They say he got consultation from Dr James Andrews, is that the big time surgeon who's dealt with ACL/MCL injuries to football players?

I thought he was the guy for pitchers with Tommy John Surgery?

LeBron going off on the Hornets right now. 28 points in the first half including 6/7 on threes.

New Orleans crowd going crazy and giving him a standing ovation.

Granger has missed all season and the Pacers are still the 2nd best team in the East. Vogel has to win coach of the year.

Danny Ainge has always been a bit of a ******. To his credit, he had no problem fighting back in his playing days.

What's amusing to me from Chicago fans is that LeBron "complaining" is really no different than Jordan "complaining" about the Pistons in the late 80's-early 90's. Yet they refuse or are too young to comprehend that

LeBron James has reached the point where if you want to stop him, you need to put him on his ass. It's not a full proof plan but it can help.

Plus Jordan got his fair share of calls too. Do as I say, not as I do mentality I suppose.

Spurs beat Denver by 1 and Clippers by 1, so you know what that means for Miami on Sunday, a blowout by someone...

And upon stepping out of the shadows on Good Friday, as much as Pat Riley was taking shots at the Celtics GM and defending his own superstar player, he had done something else too: Riley took a bow.
They're all coming for James, coming harder and harder. Remember that it was the emperor of these Miami Heat who taught them all how to do it, who glamorized the hard foul and the cheap shot and the culture that comes for LeBron James now.

Yeah. ESPN will kinda hype this game up and whatnot, but meh, if both teams played bench, I wouldn't really care. Though some lawyers and Stern may...

Dirk is in 2011 NBA Finals mode right now. Lakers should be afraid.

The Mavs' next game is vs the Lakers, should be an interesting match up. The race for the top seeds may not be exciting, but the middle pack and the West bottom are gonna be something to see.

They just got destroyed by Indiana at home. I think they're a good team, but this is too little too late, imo.

Agreed. Pacers are the most underrated team in the league, wouldn't be surprised at all to see a deep playoff run
