Mr owl, how many breakaways does it take for Bobby Ryan to get the puck to the back of the net?

I've move Teemu to the 2nd line and move Bobby to the 1st line in the second period. Ryan looks like he could get a goal in this one.

Forget scoring, lets see if he can not fall down first.

Thoughts of 1st:

Getzlaf is playing so great. Unfortunatly, the supporting players isn`t up to the task.

Ryan is very great... but then he usually falls down

I thought I'd go with the more likely scenario

Change the lines please:

Ryan-Getzlaf-Palmieri
Beleskey-Holland-Selanne
Winnik-Koivu-Cogs

According to the league, that should be a 4 game ban against Jagr

I'd switch up the lines next period. Get Ryan on the top line. Either RGP or RGS.

Seriously, can someone show Bruce the highlights from that Red Wings game that Perry missed? Bobby and KP complimented Getzlaf so well.

Stars announcers have already called like 5 penalties against the Ducks. I hate when there are too many games on that center ice only shows the home feed

Only 2 forwards, Ryan and Getzlaf, played more than Holland in 1st period. Interesting. He have a chance. Let`s do it Holly!

switch etem and belesky and I like it. Selanne and Belesky hasn't worked at all.

4th line becomes more of a grinding line.

Ryan-Getzlaf-Palmieri
Etem-Holland-Selanne
Winnik-Koivu-Cogs
Maroon-McMillan-Belesky

I third this. I do not get why Beleskey gets put in the top lines constantly.

I agree also, Belesky is and will always be a grinder. Etem is the potential future sniper/playmaker and that is the kind of player Selanne is used to playing with.

That being said, Selanne still seems off, missing short side from like 3ft from net, that is usually his spot.

I agree. Very similar to what I posted prior to the game.
