We lose 3-0 at home and the Oilers get booed off the ice.

Detroit loses 7-0 at home and their fans chant "Let's go Red Wings".

EDIT: 7-1.

Crosby with a broken jaw.

How many scoring titles is this guy going to miss out on in his career because of injuries?

At least they don't seem to be recurring problem (a la Hemsky's shoulders)

I'd have to watch it again, but it looked like Toews laid a pass back to the point... I thought they gave Toews a penalty for going over and getting in Datsyuks face about the hit...

redwings lose. oil behind 4pts, game in hand

That was great of hawks to help. Oil really can help themselves with a big win streak. Wings have lost 2 straight... Blues r inconsistent and having tough time scoring

Tough break for sid and the pens no idea how long he's out for
He has something like a 10 point lead in scoring so it will take a while for someone to catch him,

Oilers last 3 seasons, 29, 30, 30
Wings last 3 seasons 8, 6, 7

Oiler fans were well within their rights to start losing patience.

How long do you think crosby's injury will last? Will he miss the playoffs?

I'd say at this moment Crosby's are probably worse. One more pop to the head or neck area and he could be done for an entire season or perhaps career.

give me 20 years of straight playoffs and see if I boo them in the first year back when they're in 7th.

Completely different situations.

Crosby has had trouble staying healthy but man, that injury is just a freak accident. Too bad, he was just ripping the league a new one...

haha how much of that is reality and how much is perception?

Look at who missed more time over the past 3 seasons - Crosby or Hemsky?

I think you'd be surprised.

I honestly don't think the Hockey Gods will ever allow Malkin and Crosby to play together for extended periods on the same team.

It's too much!

Did Cherry actually tell Kadri, "You're the next Gretzky" last night? ... Normally, it would be easy to dismiss a comment like that and say that the person was just joking but seeing as it was Grapes... who knows?

Leaf fan coming in peace, he actually said "You're LIKE Gretzky, if anybody touches you, you're going to be protected." In regards to Mclaren and Orr.

Never thought I'd be the guy with inside info, but I have a 100% legitimate source that told me Iginla will not be signing with Calgary again. Not sure if this is even a surprise to anyone, haven't kept up in the last couple days.

2-1 Kings! 14:00 left in the third.

Anaheim ******** the bed again, down 1-0 to Columbus with 15:30 to go.

Edit: 3-1 LA.

Edit2: Ducks tie it up.

Kings win. Hopefully the Ducks can too, shame that one went into OT though.
