CHL players can join AHL teams after their season is over, but he'd still be ineligible to play next year. Stupid rules.

That only counts while his season is going in the CHL. It's very common for underaged CHL'ers to get a look in the AHL after their own season is done.

10 D in Houston right now..not sure Genoway is the one I would have moved but maybe the only one that made sense to Fletcher to be moved.

I liked Genoway but agree he wasn't going to play on the Wild this year or next year..one interesting thing to note is that he is on a 1 way deal next season. Maybe that factors into it.
