info on 2 prospects

Hi,

Can anybody give me an idea of what to expect from Rob Gherson and Graham Mink? What kind of chance do they have to crack the Caps line-up and if so, when?

Thanks

Graham Mink was sent down to the AHL a few days ago. Gherson was sent to his junior team.

I didn't get to see this years camp, but last year I Gherson was great and outplayed fellow hyped goalie prospects Daigneault and Ouellet. This year I heard he wasn't as good, so I'm unclear on his potential. He has made some crazy saves though, so I think he has it in him to eventually be a starting NHL goaltender, but the jury is still out on him.

Remember Pirates TC started today, so it's best to follow the Portland papers, most notably www.portland.com

Daigneault I'll follow as well as Max, Gherson is an unknown quantity.
