I think there's a lot of puck moving defencemen who could excel as a playmaking winger. Someone like Keith has all the right tools to be a top forward.

Letang, though maybe not. As good as his skating and his passing is, he's kind of slow with his stick and has problem receiving the puck and getting it to settle down quickly. That's a big thing for forwards. Plus I haven't liked his board work this year.

Too bad Mark Streit already played some forward for the Montreal Canadiens. One of the reasons why he left, wanted to play defense exclusively.
