You know Abdelkader is going to be cocky as hell for scoring 2 goals and playing on the first line

It was one of the most pathetic attempts at a pass I've ever seen. I chuckled out loud when I saw it.

But Luongo is in net. This defies logic.

Nothing like playing Luongo to fix us right up.

I am simply amazed by the amount of praise abdelkador gets. Even on CBC, they were gushing about him the entire game, even before he scored the goals.

Not surprising. A lot of Wings fans like players of other teams that their fans hate.

He played like that last year also on Z's wing.

I can't see why there aren't more 50 goal scorers in the Canucks' division.

Another terrible game by Howard, we really need a new goalie ASAP.

I seem to remember Flip being a ghost when we needed him last year.

Abdelkader: "[My primary responsibility when playing with Datsyuk] is getting him the puck."

Really? YOU get the puck for the takeaway wizard? No. Your responsibility is to get out of the way and make your way to the net.

Yeah, but first he has to give Datsyuk the puck if he has it.

This is true. It was just funny the way he said it, as though he were the set-up guy playing with an all-star sniper.

Datsyuk likes playing with Abdelkader.

He knows he is going to go to the front of the net so he tries to bank in goals off of different parts of his body. It's a challenge for him.

That's my interpretation of why Datsyuk would like to play with Abdelkader.
