There was good article in the Dispatch about his high ankle sprain... he's only about 85% with it.. He's a trooper though, I hope he can get a point tonight too..
Oh well, perhaps it's Aucoin or Nikitin? I just have a gut feeling a shoe is about to drop. Too much smoke in Pittsburgh for there not to be fire.
Speculation is fun but it's quite possible nothing is going on other than some routine scouting and minor injuries... That said, I'm in the mood for a trade, it would provide some new stuff to talk about..

High ankle sprains are a bear. Unlikely to be 100% till next year.

Good luck tonight ! Its been a blast watching your club play the last few weeks ! Bob has been really fantastic, and your club plays with tremendous heart and hustle, one of the best stories in the NHL in my view.. Its pretty amazing that your club loses Carter and Nash etc, and has reinvented itself into a total team type approach to playing........Your coach deserves alot of credit, along with the players of course !
I see that and think "scouting next year's division opponents", not "imminent trade". Especially since it's, y'know, JD and not JK.
