I say good on Ribeiro for going. I didn't watch the game so I don't know if he did anything dirty to lead up to it.

If you're gonna wear a visor or half visor, take em off too fight. Nothing bothers me like that.

How did Marchand avoid an instigator there?

Chris Phillips must be shaking his head.

Meh not much of a fight. Like Riberio laughing at the end. Marchand must throw pillows but then again didnt look like either connected flush with much at all.

I actually prefer the fight against Niskanen the enforcer.

Aside from Subban, those other guys don't run their mouths like Marchand does.

lmfao, I love how much Habs fans can't stand Marchand.

"Seems Chara is always on the ice when Marchand is out there".

Might that be because Chara plays near 25 minutes a night? Seems like he's on the ice a lot when everyone is out there no?

Image captures don't tell the full story, but that's one embarrassing image capture!

Marchand scraps with Subban and Ribeiro -- can't believe people giving him crap! He's a crap stirrer and he's staying in his group when he fights.

Marchand is THE PEST
Most entertaining and gutsy player in the league.

Marchand gets man enough to drop the gloves when he sees a guy who has never fought before.

Good job.

Didn't Subban and Marchand basically admit that fight was a sham? They were playing the crowd.

Nice screen capture to make it look otherwise though.

- he fought before
- Im pretty positive that Ribeiro (let alone Marchand) would beat 80% of posters here. So, sometimes its better to not speak at all rather than saying sth stupid.

I thought Marchand looked pretty good for a guy that doesn't fight. I know, I know, he was going against another non-fighter, so there isn't the exposure. But still, he looked balanced, protected himself when he threw... I was impressed. It wasn't some big sloppy mess like the fight he had with Subban (who I thought was going to kill him, but it was just a big miss-fest). Looks like he has been practicing, perhaps with Thornton, who had a huge smile on his face. Good on him I say.

You must spend an awful lot of time watching Bruins games to be aware of this stat. Maybe you are a closet Bruins fan.
