That's ****ing ********.

Bar put the USMNT game on way in the corner. Was surprised they did it at all. Saw the last 10 minutes, what a **** show in Denver.

I sort of agree with costa rica's coach, that was an embarrassment. You can play in conditions like that

HUGE pet peeve of mine, sports bar managers and mishandling TVs/games. After the guys requested it, they were at the table next to us BTW, they didn't watch a single second of it... Not until literally the last 20 seconds, then they went "nuts" when they won. SUch d-bags...

Damn... That's awesome.

I'm sure his comments would've been a bit different had his side gotten a result.

Karma for all these dip **** federations that make our guys play their games in the middle afternoon so it's hottest. Wish it would snow for every home game.

Mine too, it drives me insane. The BDubbs by me is notorious for not knowing what the **** is going on. They had nearly every TV on ESPN, which was airing a 30 for 30, during the WORLD SERIES! I had to beg to get the ****ing WORLD SERIES on.

Didn't watch the Costa Rica/U.S. game and don't care about it either, but I did like this.

"Honestly, it was robbery, a disgrace, I've never played a game in these conditions," midfielder Cristian Bolanos told Reuters. "You couldn't see the ball ... if we had played without snow, we would have won, I am sure."

Reminds me of when I was in Chicago when the Cubs/Dodgers playoff series was going on. Some 7-8 year old kid put some money in the juke box in the middle of the game, and started playing music... which meant zero sound for the game, and every single TV in the place had that game on. The patrons started going nuts. Someone *****ed at the owner and he just shrugged his shoulders, so a customer just went and unplugged the juke box himself.

My favorite sports bar to actually watch things couldn't do it any better. They have a ton of TVs so not finding your game is never an issue.... but this is what makes them great. Before they open up, they hang a sign underneath every single TV of what game is going to be on each TV, from open to close. No TVs will have their channel changed. If someone is sitting where you'd like to sit for the best view of your game, tough ****.

If Hondorus can get away with not cutting the grass and playing mid day at 110 degrees, we can play in the snow

He agrees to continue playing. They stopped the game and then asked the coaches if they want to continue, he said yes, THEN he complains about it. SHUT UP!

110 will feel like a cool afternoon if they continue with the 2022 World Cup in Qatar idea. Temps routinely reach 120 plus in the summer months when the tournament is played.

Cubs playoff game, hell no! Yeah, I'm starting a movement to get people out of there and go next door. What the hell was wrong with that manager?

For me to win my pool, I need Duke over Florida in the final with IU making the Final Four. Everything else pretty much doesn't matter.

Go Hooisers, I guess.

It'll put the nail in my bracket's office, as I have Ohio State going to the title game, but go Iowa State! Always pull for the underdog unless it's against a team I like.

I've watched about 40 minutes of actual game play, and yeah, it's pretty unwatchable for me too.

Iowa St on the wrong end of every call in the last 5 minutes and loses. Who'd have thunk it?
