I set both in case I sleep through the first. The second also acts as a snooze alarm for an extra 15 minutes on some mornings...

Exactly. I used to love it when I was a kid/teenager, but now my time is too valuable to squander on a silly tournament where the games always come down to free throws in the final seconds.

In terms of Syracuse, those people are like a freaking cult...

My time is the opposite of valuable these days, and I still could care less about basketball in any form.

I wish I could sleep through it. I turn the clock so I can't watch it all night, then I turn it to check the time.

I have alot of anxiety, but I try and mask it with a drinking problem

I wouldn't miss the NBA or March madness if they stopped existing 5 minutes ago.

Well played.

Self medicating is always a reasonable option, IMO...

I got a pretty good paper cut today and when I went to CVS to buy band aids my choices were Muppets or Hello Kitty. I went Muppets

ps Down to 207 lbs (from 235) btw, and fitting into a lot of old clothes, but not sleeping much

I hear you on that. I am the same way on nights when I have hockey. Can't remember the last time I had hockey and was asleep before 1.

Congrats on the weight loss. I would be happy if got down TO 235. Or should I say, I'll be happy WHEN I get down to 235. That should be sometime late Spring, I'm hoping.Too bad I don't have a great motivator like you do.
