Habs comeback to get a point. The Sabres get 2 points to hopefully hurt their draft position and the Bruins lose in regulation. This night wasn't so bad after all..

Simply, no team will win all the games they should. Habs outplayed the Sabres but couldn't bury their chances.

Great comeback, unlucky poor call in OT. Bad luck and bad finishing all night.

An excellent one point considering.

The Habs missed the net 47 times.

That's...insane.

It's a team game it wasn't pk's penalty that cost us the game, mistakes happen, deal with it.
Is that what you took from what Whitesnake said? If it is then I feel bad for you.

In the past, if a player had to dodge a high stick like that, it was still eligible to be called a penalty.

Does anyone know the official interpretations used today?

Seems like Wheeler loves playing against his old team. He scores a lot of goals against the Bruins.

I didn't see the game just the PK hit... I don't really see the big deal here. He did get his stick up but I don't think it hit anyone. That being said it's hardly a BS call... at full speed it sure looks like a high stick.

Whatever... not the worst play in the world and I don't see why folks are making such a big deal out of it.

Can somebody (other than careycosts or Durojean) tell me how Price played tonight?

I though Ferraro said that the rebound would be insanely difficult to control.

Therrien on PK's penalty.

Yep, can't really excuse this loss. We dominated for 40 minutes after a (really) terrible first. We lost because we didn't play 60 minutes (again) against an opponent that's out of the race. That's the trap this week.

PK is also responsible, almost on the same level as White was last time... wasn't that against BUF too?

Edit: Price had a good game, but even I am starting to think he really needs to start looking spectacular on some nights... because he has to skill to do it. He just doesn't STEAL that many games. Then again I'd rather have him save his hot streak for the playoffs

He's not getting enough love either.
And when Prust and Bourque come back Eller and AGally will finally get a decent scoring winger. I know Army socred but that was gift wrapped by AGally and the Sabres crapping the bed and leaving him alone in front of the goalie.

Therrien isn't happy...but somehow we have to be. Strange.

And Subban saying he should have shut his trap 'cause he kept blasting the referee all game long....Yes Subban...play hockey...and shut the hell up indeed. That won't help us along the way.

Eller, Gallagher are amazing. Lots of talk about Eller lately and rightfully so, but Gallagher's got so much DIG and HEART coming out of corners with the puck and ALWAYS putting it on net and making something happen... wow.

The team looks good. Even on bad nights, the team looks good. Sabres didn't deserve **** tonight, but eh, that's hockey. On to the next one!
Same. It sucks that they gave up a point in OT. But they actually managed to grind their way there. That took a lot of heart. And Gionta almost put it away in regulation!

Even games we don't play great in we are getting points. Can't wait until we get Bourque, Prust and Diaz back too.

Pacioretty scored which means 8 goals in the next 8 games. He is a streaky player. His line needs to pick up their defensive assignments though.

Well, it seems that you (and some other people here) confuse a normal mistake and a mistake that you can easily avoid by not making a play that has little value for winning the game in a given context. PK committed the latter.

Therrien just went against the logic of most here.
