He should, and probably will get a chance at least. Not sure who the coach and GM are though, and that always seems to influence things.

Really? First Kadri vs Seguin, then apparently Kadri is the Leafs' best player and now Kadri at Sochi? I call dibs on Kadri vs Gretzky.

Okay to be fair to Leafs fans who will inevitably be jumped on with comments berating the fanbase, the OP is from Montreal and never posts in the Leafs forum.

Also, the answer is a big fat NO by the way

Not in a million years. Actually, I guess not in "just less than a year" would be more accurate.

No.

I'm mainly saying no because I'm sick of Kadri polls. (but I doubt he would)

I don't think so, if they want any younger players I think he's on the next level below Seguin, Eberle, Hall etc...

Well, Kadri IS the Leafs best player --- but that just says that other players are just not playing to their best of their abilities.

No.

Enough Kadri polls.

He knows the answer and yet posts it.

This reminds me of the Jannik Hansen vs. Ryan Callahan thread that was created by a Leafs fan.

Yeah, and he'd probably be one of the best players on the team.

Thread backfire total.

Yeah, right. I don't think any Leafs fan has even heard of those two players.

Which of Crosby, Toews, Stamkos, Giroux, E Staal, Bergeron, Tavares, or Getzlaf does he bump from a center spot?

No.

He may have an opportunity to play his way onto the 2018 team, but he's definitely going to need to show more than he has.

So with 30 games we suddenly forgot 4 straight 30 goals season and finishing 6th in the league in scoring? Not to mention being 3pts behind Kadri(albeit with a much worse +/-).

Why would he be mad? The poll clearly shows an overwhelming majority of neutral fans think Seguin is better than Kadri.

No. There is simply too much centre depth on Team Canada.

Crosby
Stamkos
Toews
Getzlaf

Thornton
Spezza
M. Richards
E. Staal
J. Staal

No chance he makes it over those four.

Sorry, I meant to say he's their best player this season. Not that he is their best player. Just that their best players aren't performing as well as they should be.
