I keep telling myself it's just one stinker... I'll try to refrain from doom and gloom. But if it happens next game...

What was Mason doing there?

Better not happen. I'm going and I haven't seen a live Columbus victory forever. In a way, I'm glad they're putting up a stinker now. If they played well tonight, I was afraid that it would happen in Vancouver.

Also, regardless what happens the rest of the game or how well Mason plays, does Bob get the start against Vancouver? Having rest for the rest of the night, Sun, and Monday, he should be ready to go. Also, if Bob is now the number 1, you would go back to him, even after a stinker.

Mason playing dodge ball does not instill a lot of confidence.

I know they aren't going to be a playoff team, but at least show up in big time games please.

Mason is going to let in 2 or 3, so we technically need 6 or 7 goals to win.

People wouldn't be cliffdiving if they lost. It's just the way they're losing. We got the tag of hardworking club by other teams and fans. We finally got the true test tonight vs the same system pretty much. Look at the results.

I know you're going to point out the game in Nationwide on tuesday, but they outplayed us in the last 10 minutes of that game and were lucky to escape.

They haven't played this badly since the one Phx game forever ago.

Different game on the road. We were ready for a more desperate team. We, at least, stabilized a bit in that last 3 or 4 minutes.

It will be hard to make up 3 goals in Nashville, but if you can't win it at least set the stage for the next game. As for the drama from the posters and being overly critical, I've really got no use for it.

No way they are coming back to win this one on the 2nd night of a back to back.

Chalk this one up and they can lose at most 3 more games in regulation after tonight. To hit 55 points as the estimated bar, they'll have to go 10-3-3 or better from here on out to meet or top that.

I guess we'll see if the 12 game point streak was an anomoly or if this game the second of a back to back is the true Jackets. This is the first terrible period since at Colorado?

Nashville has scored 6 goals in their last 22 minutes of play vs. the Jackets.. That’s too many, I’m not sure how this game will end up but obviously the CBJ must play better… Too bad for Bob but he had to run out of gas at some point…

Hindsight is worth nothing but perhaps Mason should have gotten this start…

Let’s hope the Jackets can regroup and come out in the second ticked off instead of watching the Preds skate around.. I’ve seen teams come back down 3 goals before,…. even when on the road... But those teams had to work very hard to do it...

4 shots on goal with a 2 minute 5 on 3, 5 minute penalty, and another minor power play.

Yeah, 2 minute 5x3 was pretty disappointing... gotta get a goal there.

Nothing on you Robert, but this has to be the funniest damn Capt. Obvious moment I've seen on the boards in a long time. It made me laugh.

Is anyone else having issues on U-Verse? Mine is jumping around more that a kangaroo convention. Not conducive to watching a hockey game.

There's likely to be some paint chips trailing the team coming out of the room.

It is true though, the end of the that home win left a tarnish on the win.... The Preds started this game in the last 2 minutes at Nationwide...

It will be interesting to see not only how they respond for the rest of the game, but for the next game as well. We have to lose in regulation eventually. The difference is going to be how they respond the next game. Perhaps they're tired... are they going to be mad about it next game and come out on top when they're a little more rested? Or are they going to roll over and deflate?
